1. Educational service

ExamCracker AI provides study tools, mock tests, learning resources, analytics and related educational features. It does not guarantee examination results, ranks, selection or employment.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for using the service lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse the AI generation service, scrape the platform at scale, or interfere with other users.

3. Notes, PYQs and uploaded material

You may upload only material you have the right to use. ExamCracker AI will provide downloadable PYQs only where the underlying content is owned, licensed or otherwise authorized for redistribution. Otherwise, the platform may provide an official-source link instead.

4. AI-generated content

AI-generated questions, explanations, summaries and recommendations may contain mistakes. Review important information against authoritative exam notifications, official sources and your own study material.

5. Paid plans and recurring billing

Monthly Pro subscriptions may use Razorpay recurring billing. After the required authorization, future charges are handled according to the selected Razorpay subscription plan. Annual billing remains subject to the plan and checkout shown on the platform.

You may request cancellation of future monthly renewals. Where supported, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid cycle so previously paid access is not removed prematurely. Payment processing is subject to Razorpay terms and policies.

6. Privacy and product analytics

We collect and process information described in the Privacy Policy. Operational analytics may include sign-in, active exam, tab/feature activity, mock events and heartbeat timestamps. We do not intentionally collect passwords, full payment credentials or private answer keystrokes through activity analytics.

7. Service availability

Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or depend on third-party services such as Supabase, Google, Gemini or Razorpay.
